Terms & Conditions:

• Open to all Arizona residents 55+
• You CAN NOT nominate yourself or someone in your household or family.
• Nominees must reside in Arizona (at least part of the year)
• Nominees must have high speed internet.
• Device must have current computer operating system.
• All nominees must be submitted by the 18th of each month. Those submitted after the 18th will be considered for the following month's drawing.
• One winner will be selected on the 20th of each month.
